With a blink, Scarlet quickly turned with an idea before anyone could answer her. "Oh, better yet! I bet someone in the town would have seen him!" She turned and started to run to the town, leaving her Luxray to looked after her with surprised eyes. He slowly got up and followed her, struggling to keep up with her young energy at his age. She waved goodbye to the group without turning to them. She skidded at a sign along the path which read 'Ante Village.' She stomped her foot and pointed in the direction of the small town. "Ante Village! That is where our journey begins! Kikku!" She turned to the Luxray who sat at her side with a sigh. "Oh right! I should send you back into the pokeball." She held out the ball and the Luxray was sucked into it with a glare. "Such a grumpy ol' fart. Okay, here goes nothing..." She marched the rest of the way to the village.

Tootsie was about to reply to the newcomer, telling her that she hadn't seen the person she was looking for, but before she could, the girl had dashed off, so the female just shrugged and turned back to the Bellossom, her jaw dropping when she heard the price. "F-five hundred?!" the gym leader gasped, almost falling backwards, but was saved by Utoro, who pushed her forward again, and she fell in pace with the others once more. "Whoa! I wish I made that much!" Her eyes trailed off in the direction Tobi had stalked off into, frowning a bit. "Aw, I didn't mean to. I'd better go apologize then. You all stay here, I'll be back in a bit." Without waiting for anyone to object, the eighteen-year-old bounded off after the man, calling out, "Tobi, waaaait~" Both of her Pokemon stared after her as she ran out of sight, until Takudi turned to Utoro and whispered, "Maybe you should go after her, you know, just in case." The Luxray nodded and trotted silently after her trainer, leaving the others behind.
