"I.... smell dead critters. What intrigued you about this particular place, Freya?"
'It started out simply lovely... Besides, I could have just dumped you in the lake back there, Reyna. Sadly, there was such a commotion below that I fear I may have been found should I have tried.'
The great dragon flashed the girl a rather toothy grin; It took the seventeen year old a bit of effort to keep herself from instinctively stepping away. Still, she just smirked and folded her arms, used to these empty threats the dragon Pokemon so enjoyed by now. "Heh. If you'd have tried, I'd totally engage you in another fight to the death."
"Which I'd win. You can't outmuscle OR outwit me." "So you just keep me around 'cuse you love me so much?" The green haired girl stuck her tongue out at her Dragonite, the Pokemon simply giving a deep throaty rumble that sounded a bit like laughter in response. "Yes, perhaps that's it."
"I STILL think it would have been better to check out that tower. We could have gotten a great view- maybe even have a shot at meeting Ray himself." The coordinator's eyes turned to the heavens expectantly, as if expecting "Ray" to dance overhead at any second. Freya shook her head. "That tower looked terrible- it could have collapsed at any minute. It would be dangerous to try." "And dumping me in a lake isn't?" The girl asked, sounding somewhat cross now. "For me, I mean."
For some reason, Reyna burst out in a mad laughing fit. A few minutes later, this changed to a complete monotone. "Oh, you jerk. It's quiet here though. Maybe we can get some practice in..."
"Perhaps."

There he was. He was simply walking along the path like it was nothing. And it was. To most people, he was just another boy walking about in need of new clothes. But he was more than just another boy. So much more. He was the enemy of existence and the foe to all things stable. He was a God. But not now, no, he was not a God. At least, he didn't look it. He was a human for now, as he tended to be. To most, he was unknown. Just another passerby and nothing more. It was how he liked it. He didn't want any one to find him out, so they didn't. So there he was. Apophis walked down the path with his sword in its sheath, as he didn't feel like carrying it around with him. Today was just a day to look around and see what was new. He had big plans, but he was in no rush. He knew rushing would ruin him. With tattered clothing blowing behind him and strands of hair getting in his face, Apophis just kept going, until he saw a girl. Odd. Not that she was there. It was a public route after all. But the fact that she was dressed as Rayquaza, God of the sky. God of the sky, huh. There were too many Gods of things. God of the sky, God of the Sea, God of Time. But it wouldn't matter. Eventually, he'd be the last remaining God. He had all the time in existence to do so. Even Arceus would fall at his hand. Arceus may be the God of all things, but if anyone was going to take him out, it would be Apophis. But as for the moment, he had other magikarp to fry. Apophis stared at the girl for a moment. He was in human form and looked like his regular form. Had Rayquaza done the same? Had he learned of this trick? And what was he doing in Raeo anyway? Raeo was his territory. No, it couldn't be. He overheard the girl talking about meeting "Ray". Of course, she was a fangirl. He hated fans. He had his own fanclub, though, but them he liked. They wanted chaos as much as he did. They'd be useful. But this little girl playing dress up for some big green snake? Meaningless. Back in the ages Apophis enjoyed, there would have been nothing like this. Humans. They were so stupid. Without another moment of contemplating, Apophis continued his walk along the path. He neared the girl and her Dragonite. Without so much as eye contact or a word of greeting, Apophis passed right by her with an air of despise about him.

She was about to say something more to Freya, when what she identified as an angry angry hobo passed them by. As usual, Freya and her trainer reacted completely differently. Freya, like any normal creature, shifted uncomfortably in place before going about ignoring the traveler. After all, he was just the same as anyone else. Though THAT much spite in one place would make anyone uneasy.
.... Well, except Reyna. She frowned, folding her arms. "Wow. He seems pissed off. What's his problem?..." She frowned. "Maybe he's hungry...." For some reason, this gave her an urge to sing. Which wasn't really singing, as she just contented herself to yelling instead.
"HEEEEEEEEEYYYYY HUNGRY ANGRY HUNGRY EMO HOBO HEEEEEEEEEEYYYYYY~"
After which, she broke down into a fit of giggles, performing a cartwheel for fun across the path. The Dragonite held out a hand to get her trainers attention, but when this was returned by a death glare, completely out of line with what seemed to be her current mood, Freya simply put her hand down and shook her head. Well, hopefully the ho-- er, traveler was tolerant...

From a distance, one would think the calmly walking man was just your adverage person, strolling down the path with their pet Growlithe on a leash. Not a trainer, clearly, by the way the small dog would strain on it's tether. No, a trainer would most likely have control of a little fire puppy. The dog would dart from side to side of the path, listening to every sound, sniffing every sent it came across. And it's human handler could do nothing but walk along, allowing the Pokémon to practicably walk itself and it's owner.
But the man walking down the path wasn't an unexpected trainer, or a simple pet owner. And the Pokémon on the end of the long chain in his hands wasn't a Growlithe, or anything even apparently related to one. No, the Pokémon at the end of the red colored chain was a Glaceon, and it looked none to kind. A dark aura fell from it's body, although one might think the dark haze was a part of their imagination. If someone crossed this ice-fox in the dark, they might have said it's eyes almost glowed an eerie red, but in daylight that didn't seem possible. What ever anyone thought of this strange Pokémon, very few opinions would be positive.
Regardless of the strange Glaceon, it's trainer seemed to be at ease around it. In fact, he seemed so accustomed to the constant strain on the leash that he could even walk, and read with it. And that's what he was doing.
Ryzo was reading a folded newspaper, flipping it over and over as he re-read the same article again and again. Only did he tear his attention away from the paper when the Glaceon let out a low, purposeful growl. Two people and a Dragonite were blocking the path ahead, but that didn't seem to deter him. Tugging firmly on the chain, he continued on with his pace, but returned the article to one of the pockets inside his green jacket.
He paused his calm walk only when he was a good tree yards away from the pair, and gave the vicious Glaceon no slack on the chain. Snarling malevolently the Glaceon had it's eyes locked on the Dragonite, which caused Ryzo to let out of soft, almost inaudible sigh. Sticking his hand into one of the outer pockets of his coat, he pulled out a dead Sandshrew. He tossed it to the fox with little acknowledgment. The Glaceon instantly turned it's attention away from the large dragon and caught the shrew in it's mouth. Then, it seated itself on the ground and began to rip it apart, swallowing whole chunks of the dead Pokémon.

Apophis stopped in his tracks at the squeal. Hobo? Angry, hungry, emo hobo? This was exactly why humans were all idiots. It seemed like the more civilized they became, the less civilized they acted. Apophis closed his eyes in hate and let out a sigh. Just then, he got a feeling. He knew this feeling. Chaos. It was near. He kept his eyes closed and turned his head in the direction of the feeling. When he opened his eyes, he saw a Glaceon devouring a carcass. A rogue. That wasn't uncommon in Raeo. Not anymore, at least. But what was odd was that it was on a chain. An owned rogue? Obviously this man was in the Yami no Kaze. Ah yes. The Gale. His own little fan club. He liked them. He wished them no harm. They were the one organization he liked. An organization that despised organization. He even loved chaotic logic which, in itself, is chaotic logic. The Gale member could stay and do as he pleased. He was out for the same goal. But this girl. This wailing, flailing child was a pain to be near. Apophis slowly turned to face her. "I am no hobo." He said calmly. He said no more. He said what was needed to be said to fix what was mistaken, and what more was needed. He was sure the girl would only explode again, and then he could say more. But for now, why go overboard? It made no sense. And Apophis made sense. Chaotically, that is.

Silence. The coordinator stared at Apophis for a moment with a blank look on her face. Freya stole an uneasy glance at the ice type devouring it's latest meal a few places away from her before looking down upon her trainer. It would be nice to predict what she was thinking for once... She was expecting the girl would explode upon the not-hobo, as she had done with several others who weren't as she expected they would be.
"...Well, that's boring!" The "annoying, flailing girl" declared, before turning her attention to the Glaceon with mild interest. "Oi, it's one of those evil Pokemon! With the glowy eyes and the such! Cool!" She decided, looking back at her Dragonite for a moment. "What's up? You don't look so great." She asked in a rather matter-o-factly tone, the Dragonite simply allowing her paw to meet her forehead lightly in response to this.

Boring? Well, Apophis could easily have crushed the girl. Could have. But he didn't, of course. That would be bad. Very bad. For him. And that was all that really mattered. So once again, Apophis said nothing, for nothing was to be said. He simply watched the girl as she blurted out about the rogue. She wasn't frightened of it? Well, of course not. She was too stupid to see the danger a rogue brought with it. Anyone with half a mind knows that rogues are not to be messed with, which was exactly what this girl was doing. She was so... Moronic. Why? Why are some people so damn stupid? Before Apophis could come up with this age old question, he felt something. It was a feeling of trespass. A feeling of intrusion. It was easy for Apophis to tell what exactly this feeling meant. He had gotten it before. Somebody was at his tower. They were at. His. Tower. Oh no. If it was appropriate and fitting for Apophis to perform a Z-snap, now would be the time. But instead of snapping in a 'z' formation, he calmly walked away. Once he was out of anyone's sight, he was gone, into thin air.

Ryzo watched with careful indifference as the oddly dressed man stalked off. But in all honesty, he was more concerned with the over active girl, and her giant dragon. Jeez, it seemed everyone in this reign dresses like a freak. He mumbled something inaudible to himself, most likely referring to her ridiculous Rayquaza costume.
After several moments of awkward silence, broken only by the crunching sounds the dark Glaceon made, Ryzo made a soft clicking sound with his tongue, and the ice-type Pokémon sat up, ceasing it's mindless gnawing on the bones. It set it's red eyes coldly ((lol pun)) on the Dragonite, with a low growl. Ryzo made the smallest of smirks. Shards was being pleasantly obedient today; probably because he had just fed him.

"Okay! Byyyyyeeeee Mr Hobo!" She sang out, waving him off before giving the man and his Glaceon a once-over. By her expression, she clearly didn't hear the remarks about her Rayquaza-type costume, or just didn't seem to care. "Your Glaceon has that skill to make other Pokemon get rabies-disease right?"
She asked, before seizing a Pokeball off her belt. Freya looked somewhat panicked at this. Are you nuts? That... thing could attack at any minute! We should really leave while we're in one piece...
"Ah, calm down. I doubt the crazy disease affects humans. Well, at least I don't think. And if it kills me, you guys can probably escape or find a new owner, so it's cool." Shrugging, she returned the orange dragon to her Pokeball.
After this scene, she looked the man in the face and grinned as if nothing happened. "So, hiya guy! Who're you?"

Ryzo let out a small sigh. No need to pick a fight. "Oh, no one you know." Somehow this girl reminded himself of a lost friend, though for the life of him he couldn't remember who it was. "You would be correct, I don't believe humans can go 'rabid'. I've been nipped enough times to know." The Glaceon at his feet began to growl slightly, it's ears twitching in constant agitation. Ryzo nudged the Pokémon slightly with his booted foot, and the boot received a swift reflective bite in return. "That's quite a well trained Dragonite," he commented, changing the subject, "Did you raise it yourself?" Idle conversation seemed the best way to defuse the situation and pull the attention away from his own task. Plus, this girl seemed like the type who loved to ramble on. If he made no lasting impression on her, the better.

"Okeydoke, stranger!" The girl grinned, before watching the fox-like Pokemon rather ferociously bite the man's boot. "Ow. Don't that hurt?.." She asked, puzzled for a minute before the question asked of her registered in her mind.
"Kinda! She's been my rival since I was eight. She can still out muscle and outsmart me, but..." She smirked, some form of extremism fire in her eyes. "I will defeat her someday!" The girl declared, performing a little twirl with a flourish. Once this was done, she returned to appearing to be a normal person having a conversation, as if having forgotten anything that had just happened. She shot a glance down at the Glaceon for a moment before looking back at Ryzo.
"What about you? Your Glaceon must be super strong or somethin' if ya have to keep it chained like that?" She half-asked half commented, expression alight with curiosity.
